So - yesterday on my mall shopping spree, I found these adorable shoes for the girls. They both got a pair and if you know Emma, you'll know how much she loves clothes and shoes. She loves to be "pretty". I put these shoes on her today and she walked around so joyfully waiting for the compliments to come. She got them from me but John doesn't like them very much.
He said, "She's not even 1.5 years old yet and she looks like she's getting ready to go out on the town."
I said, "And why is that not cute?!" :)
Then he said, "I just don't really care much for the style."
Aw, John...
Now, don't worry - he doesn't dislike them enough to forbid her from wearing them (I think he secretly love them) so I don't have to take them back or anything. Emma gets to strut her stuff in style. :)

(Just for the record, Emma stood still while I took pictures of her new shoes. She even let me put my black shirt under her feet for a better background. She's so funny!)
